High resolution images of the Daniel Maclise's The Death of Nelson

 

In conjunction with the Parliamentary Art Collection and the Heritage Collections Team at the Houses of Parliament we are pleased to present zoomable high resolution visible and visible-induced-visible-fluorescence images of The Death of Nelson by Daniel Maclise.

The images were created to monitor the condition of the paintings during a programme of preventive conservation within the Royal Gallery in the House of Lords.
